Trash Collection Guidelines
BAG ALL OF YOUR TRASH. DO NOT BAG YOUR RECYCLE.
TIME:
Waste must be at the curb NO LATER THAN 7:00 am
HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE:
Waste must be placed in 95 Gallon Trash Carts. Otherwise it will not be collected.
ALL kitchen trash MUST be in carts on every collection day. Order an additional cart if your normal household trash will not fit in your cart.
BULK, YARD WASTE, AND EXTRA TRASH: Placed outside of the trash container is Collected 2nd and 4th weeks monthly on your normal trash day.
Two (2) Bulk/Large items on bulk collection weeks. (No call necessary)
10 bags/boxes outside of cart. (NO KITCHEN TRASH OUTSIDE OF CART WILL BE COLLECTED)
Bulk waste includes waste not generated on a regular basis, including:
Furniture (couch, table, mattress, box spring, desk, dresser, etc.)
Please call for exercise equipment as this will damage our trucks.
Refrigerators and AC Units MUST be tagged with a freon evacuation certificate issued by a licensed agent.
Appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc.)
Hot Water Heaters - Must be drained.
Fencing/Decking/Siding (please remove nails, cut into lengths 4' or less, and tie and bundle under 50 pounds, limit six bundles per bulk day)
Basketball goals (broken down into sections 4' or shorter, no concrete in base or poles)
Carpeting/Flooring (please cut into lengths 4' or shorter and tie, bundle under 50 pounds, limit six bundles)
NO CONTRACTOR PRODUCED WASTE WILL BE COLLECTED
YARD WASTE
Grass Clippings need to be placed in 95 gallon trash carts.
Branches should be placed in CLEAR, INDIVIDUAL piles measuring no larger than 3' x 3' x 3', and tied and bundled. Must be under 50 pounds. Limit six bundles.
Unacceptable placement of branches: piles larger than allowed and not tied and bundled.
Acceptable placement of branches: individual piles that crews can wrap their arms around to load easily.

Excess Volume will be Green Tagged
If you have more than the a than normal amount of household waste, bulk waste, or yard waste, contact us in advance and we can provide you with a quote for disposal or direct you to resources that can properly assist your disposal needs.
Disposal of Sharps
Needles, sharps and syringes may be disposed of in your normal trash by taking the following steps:
Seal them into a hard plastic or metal container (empty laundry detergent or bleach containers work well)
Reinforce the lid with heavy-duty tape
Label the container as containing needles, sharps or syringes
No loose sharps will be collected
Items Not Accepted (No Hazardous Chemicals or Material)
Hazardous Material of any kind.
